Pike lever with one foot supported

Description
The gymnast starts in Pike sit and places their hands flat on the floor either side of their thighs.
They press through the floor with their hands, to lift their hips and one leg off the floor to horizontal. They hold for three seconds and return to pike sit.

Assessment
Can the gymnast:

Maintain flat hands and straight arms throughout?
Demonstrate a clear pike shape with one leg at a minimum horizontal?
Hold for three seconds?
