Y Balance

Description
The gymnast stands and lifts one leg out to the side above horizontal.
They support their lifted leg with one hand, holding the foot, calf or thigh.
They hold for three seconds then return to stand.

Assessment
Can the gymnast:

Demonstrate the balance with both legs straight?
Hold the balance for three seconds?
Lift their leg above horizontal?
