Arch hang from apparatus

Description
The gymnast can hang from any large apparatus including a bar, wall bars or a suspended ladder.
The gymnast hangs in overgrasp and moves into an Arch shape. They hold for three seconds.

Assessment
Can the gymnast:

Move from a straight shape into an arch shape?
Hold the shape for three seconds?
Keep their head in a neutral position?
