20 Reps - Rest 45 Seconds - 3 Total Sets
2️⃣ Seated Arnold Press
12 Reps - Rest 60 Seconds - 4 Total Sets
3️⃣ Chest Supported Reverse Fly
12 Reps - Rest 60 Seconds - 4 Total Sets
4️⃣ Standing Front Delt Raises
12 Reps - Rest 60 Seconds - 4 Total Sets
5️⃣ Dumbbell Y-Raise
12 Reps - Rest 60 Seconds - 4 Total Sets
