What's going on guys! In today's video I'm going to be going to take you through an insane arm workout to get you bigger biceps and triceps!

This upper body workout will consist of 3 supersets, with 6 total exercises. You'll start with the bicep exercise, then move into the tricep exercise.

🚀 Superset 1 - Seated Dumbbell Curls
with Overhead Tricep Dumbbell Extension
👉 3 Sets of 12 Reps for Each

🚀 Superset 2 - EZ Bar Inner Grip Curls
Superset with EZ Bar Skullcrushers
👉 3 Sets of 12 Reps for Each

🚀 Superset 3 - Seated Cable Face Curls
Superset with Cable Tricep Extensions
👉 3 Sets of 12 Reps for Each
