How To Get Bigger Triceps (The Truth)

In this video, I cover the smartest way to go about getting bigger triceps. And the smartest way is to look at the anatomy of the arm before you go to the gym. What you'll find is that there are three heads in the tricep, long head, lateral head, and medial head.
So in order to get the biggest triceps possible, you must put emphasis on each of these three heads so you don't get any kind of muscle imbalance or just fail at getting bigger arms.
Seeing as how the long head runs up behind your shoulder, it is hit by ensuring you get the peak contraction with shoulder elevation. This is done with overhead extensions or skullcrushers.
The lateral head is hit in similar ways to your quad muscles. Depending on which way you turn your legs, you will hit different muscles in your quads.. Well your triceps are the same way... By rotating your arm in, you will isolate the lateral head. Then you simply add weight to it by doing a lying cross body db extension or a standing cable cross body extension and wallah, lateral head is smashed.
Then that leaves the medial head which is the hardest to isolate simply because it is impossible to not hit either the lateral or the long head when doing exercises that put emphasis on the medial head. The medial head runs underneath both the long head and the lateral head and is hit with pressing movements while your elbows are tucked in. Good examples are close grip bench press or dips.
