Biceps & Triceps Workout for Bigger Arms (CABLES ONLY!)

In this video I take you through an entire bicep and tricep workout you can use to get bigger arms using just a cable machine! If your workout is ever super busy, or you only have access to a cable machine this is an amazing workout to try out!

Perform 3 sets of 10 for each exercise with a 60 second rest between sets.

Tricep Movements
- Tricep Rope Extensions
- Overhead Extensions
- Straight Bar/EZ Bar Tricep Extensions
- One Arm Tricep Extension Pause Reps [3 Sec Pauses]

Bicep Movements
- Rope Hammer Curls
- EZ Bar Kneeling Curls
- Pronated EZ Bar Curl
- EZ Bar Curl Negatives
