BIG BALANCED BACK WORKOUT Grow Your Back In The Right Areas

One of my go to workouts to build a big and wide back!
Kept it simple for the exercises and focused a lot on form and contraction.

Full workout:
Lat pulldown 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Seated cable row 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Single arm dumbbell row 4 sets / 10-12 reps each side
Single arm cable pulldown 4 sets / 12-15 reps each side
Straight arm rope pulldown 4 sets / 15 reps

Rest time between sets: 60-90 seconds
