Full workout:
DB chest press 4 sets / 8-10 reps
Decline bench press 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Cable fly 4 sets / 12-15 reps
Superset with
Bodyweight dips 4 sets / max reps
DB chest fly 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Superset with
Close grip press 4 sets / max reps
EZ-bar skull crusher 4 sets / 10-12 reps
Superset with
Cable tricep pushdown 4 sets / 12-15 reps
