HOW I BUILD MUSCLE AND STAY SHREDDED Full Chest Workout

Building muscle and staying shredded, this is how i do it. Eating around maintenance calories or slightly under and focussing on progressive overload in the gym.
The meal in this video is one of my favourite stir fry recipes and it makes my diet so much easier. With the right foods it doesn’t even have to feel like you’re dieting!
