3 Week Bum Workout

This workout is designed to lift and tone your bum, so you have perky booty all-year-round.

Do this for 3 weeks and see the changes in your glutes! I advise doing it 4-5 times a week with some additional workouts, such as HIIT for weight loss for other toning routines of mine.
