[Eng Recipe] How to make Sesame Cookies (黒白芝麻餅)

約20片材料及份量:低筋粉(cake flour /soft flour /low protein flour)100g、黑白芝麻(black、 white sesame)20g、黃糖(brown sugar)25g、鹽(salt)1g、油(oil)25g、牛奶(milk)30g。
做法:低筋粉、黒白芝麻、黃糖、鹽拌勻,加入油混合後倒入牛奶搓成糰,蓋上保鮮紙待鬆弛約30分鐘。
將麵糰分成等份,取一份麵糰按平壓薄做型,放入已舖牛油紙之焗盆中,焗爐已預熱15分鐘,以170°c焗12-15分鐘便成。
PS:黃糖可改用白糖。
油可用任何煮食用的油。
Ingredients for 20 cookies: Cake flour/soft flour/low protein flour 100g, Black and white sesame 20g, Brown sugar 25g, Salt 1g, Cooking oil 25g, Milk 30g.
Instructions: Add the sesame, sugar and salt into a bowl of flour and mix together. Add the oil and mix with your hands, finally add the milk and form into dough. Put a layer of cling film over the bowl with the dough and let it dough sit for 30 minutes, split the dough into 18-20 bits and flatten them. Pre heat the oven then bake the cookies at 170°c for 12-15 minutes.
PS: You can use brown sugar instead of sugar.
