How to make Water Chestnut Cake (馬蹄糕)

材料及份量:馬蹄粉(pure water chestnut flour)80g、粟粉(corn flour/cornstarch)5g、水2份各(water)250g、黃糖(brown sugar)40g、冰糖(rock sugar)40g、食用油(oil)3g、馬蹄粒(chopped water chestnut) 80g
做法:250g水加粉類拌勻隔渣,加入油畧拌備用。250g水加糖類混合煮至大滾糖溶化,撞入粉水中邊撞邊攪至沒粉粒,加入馬蹄粒倒入易潔鑊中,邊煮邊攪至畧(杰)身開始呈透明狀,熄火。倒入已薄薄掃上油之模中,以中大火蒸約25-30分鐘(視乎糕的厚薄大小)。
