[Eng-Recipe] How to make Butter Small Cakes (牛油小蛋糕)

材料及份量:蛋白(egg white)2個、糖(sugar)30g
無鹽牛油(unsalted butter)80g、糖(sugar)20g、蛋黃(yolk)2個、低筋粉(cake flour/soft flour/weak flour/low protein flour)60g、發粉(baking powder)1g
做法:蛋白分次加糖打至企身備用。
牛油放軟加糖打至轉淡色,分次加入蛋黃打勻後,篩入低筋粉及發粉打或拌至混合,分次加入蛋白霜輕手拌勻,將麵粉糊倒入紙模中,放入已預熱15分鐘之焗爐中以170°c焗18-20分鐘。

Ingredients: 2 Egg whites, Sugar 30g, Unsalted butter 80g, Sugar 20g, 2 Egg yolks, Cake flour/soft flour/weak flour/low protein flour 60g, Baking powder 1g
Instructions: Beat the egg whites and slowly add 30g of sugar do this until the mixture stands, mix the butter and 20g of sugar together. Add the egg yolk and mix then sieve the flour and baking powder into the mixture, mix the 2 together and pour into the moulds. Preheat the oven for 15 minutes then bake at 170°C for 18-20 minutes.
