[Eng-Recipe] How to make Crisp Sugar Ring (酥脆糖環)

20-24個材料及份量:中筋粉(Plain flour/all-purpose flour)50g、粟粉(corn flour/cornstarch)50g、發粉(baking powder)1g、即溶吉士粉(instant custard powder)10g、糖(sugar)40g、蛋(egg)1隻、清水(water)150g
做法:將所有材料混合拌勻至沒粉粒備用。
準備一鑊油(連模具)燒熱140°c至150°c,取起炸模沾上粉漿至7、8成高(每次沾粉漿前先將模具浸熱),放入熱油中炸至金黃後,輕輕搖動至脫模,完成待凉後可儲於食物盒中。
Ingredients for 20-24 Sugar rings: Plain flour/all-purpose flour 50g, Corn flour/cornstarch 50g, Baking powder 1g, Instant custard powder 10g , Sugar 40g, 1 egg, Water 150g
Instructions: Add all the ingredients together and mix until there are no lumps. Place the metal mould in the oil which is heating to 140°c-150°c when the mould has heated up you can place the mould in the batter (do not fully cover the mould you only need to have the batter reach 1/3 of the mould), the sugar ring will fall off when it is ready then leave it in the oil until they are golden. Let them cool and your done.
