57 YEAR OLD Lockdown Fitness Motivation Compilation

Hey Guys just to prove I'm still alive and kicking, here's a short compilation of what I've been doing during Lockdown.
Major highlights, still got muscle ups on both rings and bar, plus handstand for time despite not training them. Loving my work with the kettlebell half snatch and looking to compete in a half marathon with 24kg for 30 minutes to reach at least 400 reps non stop

Keep going guys, never give up and remember AGE IS JUST A NUMBER.
