Let Go is a specially formulated fusion of tried and tested martial arts, boxing and fitness techniques designed to push the body in every physical way.

Let Go is taught in classes. Here an endless variety of easy to follow body weight exercises, plyometrics, striking drills, power tests, speed tests, endurance drills and much much more are utilised to keep the classes fresh and fun and your body always guessing as to what’s coming next. This ensures you gain the maximum benefit from the classes whether that be for weight loss, toning, body reshaping, self defence, stress relief or simply fun!

This system has been structured to allow anyone of any fitness or ability to attend. But to measure your progress and set you goals we've created a structured program of fitness and skill levels. These levels are known as Wristband Fitness Standards
