The final few seconds of that straddle planche hold were burning my Deltoid’s so much I thought I was going to collapse and face plant. And the final cry out was real and expressing huge relief. That was a fantastic mental battle.
And although my form was poor I was so glad that I managed to keep my arms straight. Oh a new PB on my way to 20 seconds 😊.
