Virtual Fitness Workout - BoxVR Oculus Quest - FUN!!!

This game is great FUN, VERY addictive and an Enjoyable alternative cardio workout, when you can't be motivated to get to the gym or workout outside.

Just to say I was not paid or sponsored to review this game and vr headset.

Is this the future of fitness? In my opinion no, but it offers an additional and highly entertaining way to work on you cardio and strength endurance if you add arm and body weights.

It doesn't come cheap, £400-500 depending on the model. But if you make the investment you could justify that by knowing there's a whole load more you can do with the headset than just play games.
