Weighted Calisthenics - Take your strength and skills to the next level by adding weight to the basic moves. Once you’ve gone beyond 10 clean reps at bodyweight you can start to add weight to really boost your strength levels. I started at 5kg and then incremented by 5kg every time I could perform 5x5 reps at that weight. 3-5 mins rest between sets for max strength. You can rep at 3 but there’s more chance of injury.
