46100 Royal Scot 5 minute Exe Estuary Pan + Torre Bank. English Riviera Express 13th June 2021

Cloudless skies and good visibility enables me to capture a whole 5 minute sequence as 46100 dashes down the beautiful Exe Estuary from Powderham cycle bridge to Langstone Rock, a visual feast. Note: as distances involved are between 1 & 3 km, sound delay on 2 whistles have been reduced to improve viewing experience. To make up for any lack of close-up sound in the first clip I decided to make up for that "big time" with a visit to Torre station for the return leg! 46100 impressively hauls 11 plus a sleeping diesel (over 600 tons) up the 1 in 55 grade with little fuss. Turn the volume up and enjoy!
