REALISTIC FULL WEEK OF WORKOUTS FOR BODY RECOMPOSITION (3 day split workout routine)
Here is a full week of workouts for body recomposition at home! I've been doing a 3 day split workout routine because that has been really realistic for me to stick to after taking some time off. I've been on my body recomposition journey consistency since January, so I hope this gives you an idea of what a start to body recomposition workouts for women can look like :)
