Today we are doing a leg workout for women! If you are trying to grow your glutes and grow your legs I will be showing you 5 leg and glute exercises you can do at the gym. This is a full leg workout you can take right with you to the gym I am easing back into my gym workout routine so these leg exercises were killer!
