Hi fam!

Welcome to 1 Day out! Sorry this is so delayed!

THE WORKOUT:
Light weight and higher rep focused

1. Squats superset with upright shoulder row 4 x 20
2. Reverse lunge superset with hammer curls 4 x a) 30 (15 each leg) and b) 20 for curls
3. Tricep extension superset with side lateral raise 3 x 25 reps for both (alternating every 3 reps)
-Jump rope was also in between each superset for 1 min
