Ready to learn how to calorie count for weight loss in 2021?
Counting calories can seem very intimidating especially if you are new to tracking calories and macros, but in this video I'm going to give you some calorie counting tips so you have the tools you need to succeed! The first most important step when you are counting calories to lose weight is to create a calorie deficit. In order to create the most effective calorie deficit, I highly recommend counting calories for a week to see how many calories you are eating right now. You can compare this to the number the online calorie calculator gives you and then you'll be in a much better place to start!
