Hey guys! In this video we are discussing the best foods for weight loss. If you're wondering what foods to eat to lose weight and foods that burn fat, we will be going over the science behind how all of this works.

I see a lot of myths out there about "foods that burn belly fat, foods for abs, superfoods for weight loss, and fat burning foods" and i want to address the truth behind these claims. The truth is, there are not any specific foods that help burn fat, because weight loss occurs from a calorie deficit, not from eating specific "fat burning foods". There are also not any foods to avoid to lose weight because foods are not "bad or good"...some just have more calories / more nutrients than others. Back in highschool, i was always wondering what foods burn fat and i thought fruits were some of the best foods for fat loss so i literally gained weight from eating fruit lol. Now i understand, after proper education and also personal progress, that there are arent any foods that help you lose weight nor foods to eat to lose belly fat...although some foods do help with satiety, no food will ever negate the total calories in calories out rule. I know it can be confusing, and i know we all want a quick answer for what foods are good for weight loss, but foods are not magical...and there is not one food out there that causes weight gain/weight loss.
