The PERFECT Diet Plan for Fat Loss in 2022 / How to Start a Flexible Diet & Follow a Macro Diet Plan

What does the perfect diet plan for fat loss look like? As we approach 2022, I know everyone's looking for the best diet to lose weight fast....but instead should be looking more at diets that work for them long-term. The best diet for weight loss is the one that you can ACTUALLY stick to because it is aligned with your lifestyle needs. You don't want to do a diet that is way too extreme and restricts all your favorite foods...the best way to lose fat would be to create a calorie deficit and love the meals you are eating so that its so much easier to stick to.

In this video you will learn how to flexible diet and how to stick to a macro diet plan so that you can achieve your best results in 2022 and maintain it for the years to come! As a flexible dieting coach, in my opinion, following a iifym diet is the best way to lose weight because it is such a more sustainable and realistic approach to your fitness goals. There are so many fads out there that claim to be the best diet plan to lose weight but in reality by pushing unrealistic, extreme, and unhealthy approaches to weight loss...but hopefully after watching this video you understand the importance of finding a meal plan for that loss that is truly enjoyable and manageable for you to be consistent with!
