材料：1颗洋葱，500克虾，100毫升椰浆，1勺糖，1勺盐，1勺生抽

辣椒酱：15根辣椒干，3颗蒜

1 . 首先把辣椒干去籽，清洗然后浸泡热水，后切小段与蒜一起搅成泥
2.把虾取出壳，清洗干净加入1勺盐抓均匀
3.烧热锅，下油待热倒入虾炒至变色取出
4. 锅留底油，把洋葱爆香，加入辣椒酱翻炒，再加入1勺糖继续翻炒均匀
5. 把虾倒入，再加入100毫升的椰浆&1勺生抽翻炒，就可以出锅了😋
