材料：3个鸡腿、1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个鸡蛋、3勺玉米淀粉、4个咸蛋黄、1个去籽辣椒、1把咖喱叶、1盘cornflakes、1大块牛油、2勺白糖

1）把鸡肉去骨切块，加入1茶勺盐、少许胡椒粉、1个鸡蛋、3勺玉米淀粉抓拌均匀腌制10分钟
2）蒸好的咸蛋按碎，辣椒切碎
3）热锅热油把鸡肉炸至金黄色捞出
4）锅留底油加入牛油溶化后，倒入辣椒&咖喱叶爆香
5）加入咸蛋碎&2勺白糖炒至冒泡
6）倒入cornflakes&炸鸡块快速翻炒均匀就好了❤️
