材料：14粒鸟蛋、1碗臭豆、2个洋葱、2勺虾米、200克cili boh、3勺白糖、1茶勺盐、1勺酱油、半勺belacan粉

1）把鸟蛋下热水煮5分钟，取出浸泡冷水拔壳
2）臭豆对半切开，去籽；洋葱切小块
3）热锅热油爆香虾米，加入cili boh炒至变色
4）加3勺白糖、1茶勺盐、1勺酱油、半勺belacan粉继续炒均匀
5）倒入洋葱炒软，加臭豆&鸟蛋下锅快速翻炒即可❤️
