材料：2颗土豆、小块胡萝卜、1条红辣椒、4瓣蒜、葱花、1勺仙女牌豆酱、1勺生抽、1勺香醋

1）把土豆&胡萝卜去皮切丝浸泡在水中
2）红辣椒切丝、蒜切末、青葱切粒
3）锅中水烧开，加入土豆&胡萝卜丝焯水10秒取出沥干水分
4）热锅热油加入蒜末爆香，加入1勺仙女牌豆酱炒均匀，倒入土豆、胡萝卜&红辣椒丝翻炒均匀
5）最后加入1勺生抽、1勺香醋&葱花快速翻炒均匀就可以出锅了❤️

Ingredients: 2 potatoes, small carrots, 1 red pepper, 4 cloves of garlic, chopped green onion, 1 spoon of Angel Brand bean paste, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of balsamic vinegar

1) shred potatoes & carrots then soak in water
2) Shredded red pepper, minced garlic, diced green onion
3) Boil the water in the pan, add potatoes & carrots, blanch for 10 seconds, remove and drain
