材料：2个鸡腿肉、4瓣蒜、1把豆豉、半勺盐、半勺白糖、半勺黑酱油、1勺酱油、1勺蚝油、1勺绍兴酒、半个芋头、4瓣蒜、1根红辣椒、少许香菜

1）把蒜末&豆豉爆香
2）鸡腿去骨，切块加入爆香后的蒜末豆豉、半勺盐、半勺白糖、半勺黑酱油、1勺酱油、1勺蚝油、1勺绍兴酒抓均匀腌制10分钟
3）芋头切片煎香，装盘夹肉，蒸20分钟
4）出锅撒上红辣椒&香菜即可开吃❤️
