食材：菠菜2把，金针菇1把，
调酱料：小米辣，芝麻，蒜多一点，淋勺热油，+2勺生抽，2勺醋，1勺蚝油，盐搅拌均匀

步骤：
1）菠菜金针菇洗净去根，锅里加盐把水烧开先放金针菇再放菠菜煮熟悉，
2）捏干水分装盘，倒入料好的料汁，搅拌搅拌就可以开吃啦
