✨食材：白菜 1 颗、马蹄、香菜 1 把、猪肉馅 250g 、姜末、葱白、1颗鸡蛋、生抽2勺、盐1勺、料酒2勺、蚝油 1勺

1️⃣将马蹄，姜末、葱全部切备用，选个白菜，将白菜叶一片一片撕开，只用叶子部分

2️⃣锅内烧水，水开后放入白菜叶，焯 40s 捞出， 放在碟子中晾凉备用；

3️⃣玻璃碗中放入肉馅，加入 马蹄碎、姜末、葱白&鸡蛋，再加入1勺盐、2勺生抽、2勺料酒和1勺蚝油

4️⃣用筷子朝着一个方向搅拌，充分拌匀；

5️⃣取一点肉馅放入白菜叶中， 用手将叶子四周向中间挤，包成烧卖的形状。然后用香菜梗系一下，做好后放入盘中；

6️⃣上蒸锅，大火蒸 10分钟；

7️⃣蒸熟的碧玉福袋上就完工啦！
