腌制鸡材料：1只鸡、1茶勺盐、1勺黄姜粉
辣椒泥：2根红辣椒、2根香茅、3小块生姜、南姜、4粒洋葱、6粒红葱头、5根小红辣椒、10根小青辣椒、5瓣蒜、1把laksa叶
其他材料：1茶勺盐、1茶勺鸡精粉、1勺白糖、1勺蚝油、200毫升清水、1大把laksa叶、少许洋葱、3颗酸柑汁

1）把鸡肉加入1茶勺盐、1勺黄姜粉抓均匀腌制10分钟
2）2根红辣椒、2根香茅、3小块生姜、南姜、4粒洋葱、6粒红葱头、5根小红辣椒、10根小青辣椒、5瓣蒜、1把laksa叶搅碎
3）热锅热油，把鸡肉炸至金黄色捞出
4）锅留底油，爆香辣椒碎炒5分钟，再加入1茶勺盐、1茶勺鸡精粉、1勺白糖、1勺蚝油、200毫升清水，大火煮开
5）倒入鸡肉、laksa叶&洋葱炒均匀
6）焖煮2分钟再挤出3颗酸柑汁即可食用❤️
