V Shred | 6 Minute Six Pack Abs Workout

This workout will be done in a circuit style, meaning go from one exercise straight to another without any rest. It will consist of two different circuits of 3 exercises. Do as many reps as you can during each exercise within the 15 second window.

6 Minute Six Pack Abs Workout:
Circuit #1
1) Crunches 15 Seconds
2) Russian Twists 15 Seconds
3) Burpees 15 Seconds
4) Rest 15 Seconds
Repeat for 3 Rounds

Circuit #2
1) Heel Taps 15 Seconds
2) Leg Lift Extensions 15 Seconds
3) High Knees 15 Seconds
4) Rest 15 Seconds
