In this video I take you a full upper body workout using just one resistance band you can do from anywhere! Gym membership or not, anyone can do this workout! Let's get it!
This workout consists of 3 different supersets [6 total resistance band exercises] for the full workout (a superset is just one exercise after the other with no rest)
4 Sets of 10-12 Reps for Each Superset
- Low Banded Row Superset with Banded Bicep Curls
- Banded Pushup Superset with Overhead Tricep Extensions
- Shoulder Press Superset with Lateral Raises
