Ingredients:
4 egg yolk
oil 40 g (any kind, I use olive oil)
whole milk 45 g
cake flour 50 g
4 egg white, room temperature
1 tsp lemon juice
granulated sugar 35 g
black sesame (optional)
Meat floss (any kind, I use shredded dried pork)
roasted seaweed (optional)
* pan size: 9"x13"
