Ingredients:
4 large ripe bananas (about 480-500 g)
2 large eggs (110 g)
1/2 cup melted unsalted butter (113 g)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5 ml)
2 tsp baking power (6 g)
1/2 tsp baking soda (2 g)
2 cup all purpose flour (280 g, adjust)
1/2 cup sprouted pumpkin seeds (70 g)
