1/2 softened unsalted butter 113 g
2 Tbsp sugar 30 g
all purpose flour 140 g
corn starch 20 g
1/2 tsp salt 2 g
1/4 tsp baking soda 1g
4 salted egg yolk, cooked, about 60 g
egg wash:
1 egg yolk
white sesame as needed
