Herbs # 07 Sage - Sweet potato gnocchi butter-sage sauce
Hi, everyone! Today we have sage. A peppery, savory and minty herb.
Here are the ingredients used in this video
Ingredients:
Crispy chickpeas:
200g cooked chickpeas
salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
olive oil
bake 200°C for 1 hour
Gnocchi
900 g sweet potato
600 g potato (to bake)
Bake them at 200°C for one hour and let them cool
additionally for the dough:
one egg
pepper, salt
2 cups of all-purpose flour
Sauce:
3 tbsp. butter
1tsb. olive oil
sage leaves
parmesan cheese (parmeggiano reggiano)
crispy chickpeas
