How to avail the peach season: a delicious peach & lavender jam recipe

I hope you are enjoying the summer! Here is a good option to avail the peach season. Cook a delicious peach & lavender jam to avail the surplus of fruit in season and store it for the winter to come.

Here are the ingredients used in this video:

1 kg of fresh peaches
Three parts of fruit to one part of white sugar (weight and calculate after processing the fruit to a puree without seed and peel)
juice of one lemon
one tbsp. dried lavender
