3 Exercises to "Fix" Forward Head Posture | Feldenkrais Style

In this video I am teaching 3 simple exercises to "fix" forward head posture. It is important to understand how people develop forward head posture and understand that this is a habitual movement pattern, not just neck issue. In order to get out of your habitual movement pattern that has led you to forward head posture you will need to retrain your movement patterns.
