Balance and Coordination Exercise Long sitting | Feldenkrais style

On my channel I am sharing many balance and coordination exercises. This is a Feldenkrais exercise for balance and coordination in long sitting. My focus for balance exercise is COORDINATION, which is often neglected.

This sitting exercise focuses on coordination of head-torso-pelvis-legs. When you improve whole body coordination, movement becomes smoother and more fluid, which will improve your balance.
