Day 3 Anniversary Workout Challenge | Seniors, Beginners
This workout will strengthen your upper body including your back, arms, and shoulders. The exercises can be done in a chair or standing. Another benefit of this workout is that it also engages your core as you have to stabilize yourself to do the moves!
We do two rounds of 7 exercises - 10 repetitions for each. Below are the exercises:
✅ Forward punches
✅ Rows
✅ Arnold presses
✅ Tricep extensions
✅ Shoulder raises
✅ Goal post in/outs
✅ Hand rolls
This workout is Day 3 of our Anniversary Workout Challenge, which includes a special sweepstakes to win a yes2next t-shirt. Here’s how it works:
👉 On each of the five days this week (Monday-Friday, May 17-21, 2021), we’ll post a new workout video. Within each video, a Secret Word will be displayed.
