Stretching provides a only temporary pain relief. Need to retrain your nervous system!

You may think stretching, strengthening, massaging can resolve your body issues, pain, tension, etc, but what I have seen is that they only provide a temporary relief. That's because those don't change the underlying conditions and the root problem. So a really powerful way to get the long lasting effects/improvement is to retrain your nervous system.
