Salted caramel cookie:
60g flour (plain, self raising or spelt)
30g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
10g powdered peanut butter
5g ground flax seeds
Sweetener
150ml unsweetened almond milk
100g unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 tsp baking powder and lemon juice
Some chocolate chips
*pop in the oven for 15-20 mins on 180c
Topped with a table spoon of biscoff spread
And some dairy free cream

Apple pie baked loaf recipe:
Makes 10 slices
macros per slice (makes 10 slices): 131kcals 20C 10P 1F
200g flour
80g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
200g unsweetened apple sauce
15g ground flax seeds
240ml unsweetened almond milk
A tonnnne of cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder and lemon juice
1 large apple chopped up and stewed in a drizzle of sugar free syrup, cinnamon and some water in a pan for 10 mins
*pop in the oven for 35- 40 mins on 180c

Soufflé pancakes:
60g flour
30g salted caramel soy isolate protein powder
5g chia seeds
Sweetener
150ml almond milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
Topped with some vegan dairy free cream, pretzels and the new vegan M&S marshmallows
