Buddha style lunch container: roasted chickpeas, sweet potato, Tumeric cauliflower, kale, alfalfa sprouts, pickled red cabbage, grilled tofu and sweet peppers

Thurs:
Pesto chicken pitas: 100g tofu, 50g pesto, kale, red sweet peppers, 3 mini pitas

Fri:
50g dried Fettuccine edamame and mung bean noodles, dried 20g soy chunks, pickled red cabbage, miso mushrooms, sweet peppers, kale
Snacks: homemade brookie & choc soy dessert pot

- Chocolate layer: 100g plain flour, 40g dark chocolate vegan blend protein powder, 7g chia seeds, 7ml coconut oil, 200ml unsweetened almond milk, 20g natvia living sweetener, 1/4 tsp baking powder, some lemon juice and salt
- Oreo layer: 4 oreos
- Vanilla layer: 100g plain flour, 40g vanilla soy isolate protein powder, 7g chia seeds, 7ml coconut oil, 200ml unsweetened almond milk, 20g natvia living sweetener, 1/4 tsp baking powder, some lemon juice and salt
