Monday: MINI PANCAKE LOTUS BISCOFF CEREAL
Macros: 501Kcals 57C 37P 14F - including both lotus biscuits
60g flour - sub for oat flour, self raising, spelt, buckwheat, wholemeal, rice, glutn free flour - not almond or coconut flour
30g @Myprotein vanilla soy isolate - Discount code below
5g chia seeds
5g coconut oil
1 tbsp sweetner
200ml almond milk
squeeze of a lemon, some baking powder and salt
Crumbled up lotus

*Blend in a blender before placing in dispenser- Alternatively for the dispenser, you can use a resealable plastic food bag, fold into a triangle and cut a small snippet off the end with scissors*
Tuesday: FRENCH TOAST STICKS
Macros: 447Kcals 67C 28P 7F
3 Pieces of small Hovis bread - or alternative
15g chickpea flour - can sub for 15g protein powder instead or 1 flax seed egg (1 tbsp flax seeds, 3 tbsp water)

10g agave syrup or alternative
5g coconut oil
Cinnamon sugar : sweetner and cinnamon
topping: strawberries, blueberries, sugar free syrup

Wednesday: MINI WAFFLE CEREAL

60g flour - sub for oat flour, self raising, spelt, buckwheat, wholemeal, rice, glutn free flour - not almond or coconut flour

1 tbsp sweetner
