- 3 small slices of bread
- 15g chickpea flour
- 15g vanilla soy isolate protein powder
- 200ml almond milk
- 10g agave nectar
- 10g sweetner
- cinnamon
- 100g custard
Pre workout snack: single serve matcha protein muffin
Macros: 231kcals 22C 5F 24P
- 25g flour
- 20g matcha soy isolate protein powder
- 20g unsweetened soy yogurt
- 1tbsp sweetner
- 1 chia egg (5g chia seeds mixed with 3tbsp water)
- 20ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp water
- some lemon, salt and 1/4 tsp baking powder
Lunch: Buddha bowl & yogurt with granola
Macros: 60kcals 58C 20F 45P
Dinner: homemade 2 ingredients pizza crust topped with veggies, cream cheese and mock chicken & a biscoff biscuit for desssssert ✌🏼
